SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping domestically (within Canada) is a $5 flat rate fee for standard shipping. Keep in mind this does not include tracking information. Expedited shipping is $20. 

While we strive to get your orders to you in a timely fashion, you may experience delays with shipping given current world events.

Shipping to the United States is a $15 flat rate fee and does not include tracking.

 

If you would like to upgrade to include tracking please contact us before placing your order and we will provide you with the estimated cost.

 

Please contact us if you live outside of Canada or the USA, as shipping would need to be calculated based on location.

Do you offer local pick up?
​Local pick up is available in Cobourg, ON. If you would like to pick up please select this option at check out. You will be contacted with the address details once your order is complete. 

Do you offer local delivery?
Local delivery is available for the town of Cobourg and Port Hope, Ontario ONLY. Deliveries will be made every two weeks on Thursdays.  Once order has been placed you will be notified by email expected delivery is available. Please note we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you select delivery and are out of area you will be contacted to pick up or select another shipping option.
